Despite his busy schedule, Samer continues to live mainly in Amman, Jordan with his family. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world, not just in the business world, but also in the areas of sustainability, conservation, and cultural heritage preservation.

 

Samer Mouasher is a co-founder and former Executive Commissioner of The Royal Film Commission that strives to cultivate a Jordanian film industry that can compete on an international level. He is also the founder and former Chairman of the Red Sea Institute for Cinematic Arts, which was founded in 2008. This institute represents the first-ever MFA program in Cinematic Arts in the Middle East and North Africa.
